Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the lower 48 states (all states except Alaska and Hawaii). We can also arrange special shipping to Alaska and Hawaii on request.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on trucking company availability. Our primary trucking company is R&L Carriers due to their rapid trucking times which exceed industry normal delivery times.  Our secondary trucking companies include:  FedEx ground, UPS ground, and Forward Air.

All trucking companies will contact customer 24 hours before delivery to confirm delivery time and address.  Trucks will be outfitted with lift gates to lower walk-in bathtub to ground.  Walk-in bathtub will be secured to a wood pallet with screws and a cardboard box and packaging foam will be surrounding walk-in bathtub.  Customer will be responsible for moving walk-in bathtub into house.  Inside house delivery is available with R&L Carriers for an additional charge.  Please ask your customer service rep for further information if interested.

Upon receiving delivery of walk-in tub, customer should inspect contents and remove cardboard box surrounding walk-in tub to ensure that no damage has occurred during shipping.  Once shippment has been signed for with driver (signature on waybill), it can be extremely difficult to claim damages occurred during shipping.  Please inspect delivery of walk-in bathtub before signing any paperwork.
